As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I partner with clients looking to enhance their well-being through self-directed lasting changes, aligned with their values.

I am deeply committed to supporting and respecting your unique journey. My own experiences have fueled my passion for helping others as they move forward with their health, personal goals, and their lives.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a trusting partnership and collaborative process between coach and client. A space is created for clients to explore their health and/or life concerns and goals. Through assessing clients needs, developing personalized plans, and providing ongoing support, structure and accountability, coaches play an integral role in facilitating meaningful and sustainable changes in their clients’ lives.

Health & Wellness

One key difference between health and wellness is that health is a static state of being, whereas wellness is an intentional process of living a healthy and fulfilling life. Why is it important to know the difference? While we cannot always choose the state of our health, we DO have the conscious choice to work towards improving it. Wellness is a continuous, lifelong process of being aware, and making individual decisions that lead toward whole-person health.
